Cancellation Policy
When booking a $100 per person deposit will be charged to your card. If you would like to change your booking date/time or cancel your booking you may do so freely up to 24 hours before your booking time. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not turn up on the day the remaining $325 per person will be charged to your card
If we have to cancel your skydive due to weather we will call you on the day as soon as our drop zone safety officer has made the decision that it is not suitable to jump. If this happens you will have to option to re book your skydive for another day that suits you best. You may also put your booking on hold until you are ready to use it or alternatively are entitled to a refund of your deposit.
